On my journeys here and abroad, I have promoted Poland on the many media types I have appeared in. Some of the companies and publications I have worked with can be found on my Work With Me page but here I list the separate appearances. I have also released a book called Backpacking Centurion on my 180 country journey before I settled in Poland.
On this page I aim to put all my media appearances down the years, some of these were obviously before I launched this website and moved to Poland. As well as locally, I have appeared on numerous media outlets outside of Poland, including the BBC, Wanderlust and the Belfast Telegraph. Although most of this is recent and in the form of online posts and interviews, I used to work in PR and had an abundance of media appearances in the past with other projects.
